The 80′ motor yacht Knot Tide II, has been sold with David Wiest, of RJC Yachts, introducing the buyer.

Built by US yard Hatteras in GRP, Knot Tide II was delivered in 2008 as a Hatteras 80 model and has since been regularly upgraded. An interior in high gloss cherry wood sleeps eight guests in four cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite, two VIP suites and a twin cabin, all with en-suite bathroom facilities.

The open plan salon was designed for entertaining, with an L-shaped settee and occasional chairs aft in the lounge area to enjoy an complete entertainment center. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for eight guests, while further forward still, the country-style kitchen offers a banquette where informal dining may be enjoyed at any time of the day.

The aft deck comes with built-in seating, tables and a sun pad, while the flybridge offers an additional al fresco dining option, a full wet bar with stools and a barbecue grill. The entire flybridge can be air conditioned by utilizing the hard top and a full Eisenglass enclosure. Twin 1,650hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a comfortable cruising speed of 16 knots.

Knot Tide II was asking $2,995,000 and will be renamed Victory.

AQUASITION, New Central Agency!

AQUASITION is a highly customized 124′ Motoryacht and is the newest hull built by Broward Marine.  She features cherry woods accented by Carpathian elm burl and rosewood throughout.  Crown moldings are in contrasting light and dark cherry joinery. Her custom interior was designed by Evan Marshall to include her joinery done by Genesis of Viareggio Italy.  This exquisite interior was refit in January 2017 by Architectural Interiors with new custom salon carpeting, overhead upholstered panels, new furnishings, and new window treatments and soft goods throughout.

The vessel accommodates ten guests in five spacious staterooms.  She is configured with a large on-deck master stateroom with king berth and private his and her head on the forward main deck. On the lower deck, the spacious VIP stateroom features a king berth with private bath with shower and tub.  There are two identical guest cabins with queen berths and a fifth guest stateroom with twin berths.  All guest staterooms feature private baths, full entertainment systems and all are well appointed with new soft goods.

Her spacious flybridge features a new custom Pipewelders hardtop and was reconfigured with the installation of a new step-up Jacuzzi,  and new granite surfaces in January of 2017 along with wet bar and BBQ grill.

She is equipped with all the large yacht options to include twin Kohler 65KW generators, Naiad stabilizers, bow thruster, 1,800 GPD watermaker, Asea power convertor, plus much more!  All of this in addition to the complete exterior hull paint in 2014, AQUASITION shows exceptional and is truly in ‘as new’ condition!

Broward Motoryacht, TRUE NORTH, for Sale…

RJC Yacht Sales is pleased to announce our newest Central Listing on the 118′ 2000/2013 Broward Motoryacht, TRUE NORTH.

TRUE NORTH received a refit in 2013 that included new paint, Pipewelders custom hardtop, new teak decks throughout, and upgraded electronics and audio/video.  In addition, she received a complete new interior refit by Architectural Interiors with new carpeting, headliner, furnishings, window treatments, and soft goods including new exterior cushions and covers.

Built in aluminum by US yard Broward Marine, TRUE NORTH was delivered in 2000 as a 118′ raised pilothouse model.  Her custom interior has rich mahogany joinery throughout, accommodating eight guests in four spacious cabins consisting of a master suite with a king sized bed, two doubles and a twin, all with en-suite bathroom facilities.

The main deck features a spacious main salon with a full bar.  Forward is a private formal dining area, while further forward still is a comfortable country-style kitchen galley.  TRUE NORTH also features a large aft deck that offers open-air entertaining and dining with seating, tables and a walk-up bar.

Twin 1,350hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 15 knots and she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilizers.

On display at the forthcoming Miami boat show, TRUE NORTH is asking $3,995,000.

KALEEN, the Westport Motoryacht has Sold…

The 130′ motor yacht KALEEN, listed for sale by Bob Cury at RJC Yachts has been sold to a direct client and renamed SHORT GAME.

Designed by Gregory C Marshall and built in GRP by US yard Westport, she was delivered in 2004 as hull number eight in the Westport 130 series.

Accommodation is for 10 guests in five well appointed cabins consisting of a master suite, two VIP suites and a pair of port and starboard twins, all with en-suite bathroom facilities.  Extensive deck areas allow for al fresco entertaining and dining on the large aft deck and flybridge.  The salon is warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating and cocktail tables, a wine cooler in a custom cherry wood cabinet and an entertainment system. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for 10 guests.

She recently completed a major refit overseen by Architectural Interiors that saw her receive new furnishings, fabrics, carpeting, wall coverings light fixtures and soft goods throughout.  Twin 2,735hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 21 knots.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, KALEEN was asking $7,995,000.
