Bob Cury at RJC Yacht Sales closed on the sale of the 100′ motor yacht WON BUY LAND.
She was launched by US superyacht builder Broward Marine in 1999 and is one of the most highly customized yachts from the yard. She has a four stateroom layout with spacious main salon and dining areas. A refit in 2007 saw a new custom interior installed with refreshed woodwork along with a new lighting system.
Below deck, the owner’s stateroom features a king size berth, bowed maple dressers with marble surfaces, two walk-in cedar closets and a dramatic his-and-her marble bath. Won Buy Land‘s custom interior features new furnishings, refinished all-birds eye maple joinery and an overhead lighting system. The strong emphasis on interior joinery is evident from the fluted ceiling details and raised newel posts in the main salon, to the radius front nightstands and tapered pilasters in the master stateroom. Powered by reliable 3412 Caterpillar engines, she cruises at 16 knots with a 20 knot top speed.
Won Buy Land was asking $1,995,000.
