MAGIC EAGLE – 2002 74′ Sunseeker Motoryacht: The Sunseeker 74 main deck layout is unique and comfortable for a vessel of this size. MAGIC EAGLE offers accommodations for (8) owners and guests in (4) staterooms with (3) heads, plus crews quarters. One of the outstanding features of this vessel’s layout is the private stairwell to the master stateroom offering another level of privacy rarely found in vessels less than 85 feet. The three guest staterooms are accessed via a forward stairwell, and the crew quarters are aft of the engine room accessed from the aft deck. Once you have traveled with guests and crew the privacy this yacht provides is comfortable for everyone on board. Starting aft on the Hydraulic swim platform that will carry, raise, and lower her tender, it is then up 2 steps on either port or starboard side to a large aft deck with contoured bench seat and teak table. There is a stairway to the fly bridge on the starboard side. Centerline is a tinted sliding glass door and matching large framed window, through the door to a split level salon with galley to port on the lower level and a settee to starboard on this same level. There is a internal stairwell to the fly bridge that hovers over the private access to the master stateroom an amazing use of space . Then up one step and forward into a large entertaining area framed by windows on all sides. This level features a comfortable wrapping large lounge with coffee table to port with a dining area so starboard and the forward of the dining area is a lower helm. RJC Yacht Sales & Charter annouce the sale of the 2005 130′ Northern Marine, MAGIC

David Wiest of RJC Yacht Sales closed successfully on the 2005 130′ Northern Marine Tri-Deck Motoryacht MAGIC. This vessel, designed by Ward Setzer, represents one of the finest custom yachts built to date by the Pacific Northwest builder. She features African Mahogany joinery throughout with a five stateroom layout to include on-deck master with four guest staterooms below, a gourmet galley, private dining salon and rich formal main salon. Her upper deck features an enormous pilothouse with panoramic viability along with comfortable skylounge, and upper aft deck. The flybridge features a jacuzzi tub along with dining and sun areas. Powered by reliable Detroit MTU 12V-2000’s, MAGIC has extended range with her 10,000 gallon fuel capacity.
