RJC Yacht Sales is pleased to announce the sale and closing today of the 130′ 2007 Westport TDMY, LUCKY SEVEN.  Bob Cury represented the buyer and Wayne Cannava at Gilman Yachts represented the seller.

LUCKY SEVEN is Hull #17 of this proven series and received a refit in 2011.  Delivering excellent performance and efficiency, combined with her user friendly draft of 6 ‘6″, LUCKY SEVEN is ideal for island cruising – yet her 9,500 gallon fuel capacity provides for non-stop range to New England or the Caribbean.

The vessel features an elegant interior with traditional satin finished cherry wood joinery and custom interior with neutral soft goods and marble/granite surfaces throughout.  LUCKY SEVEN comfortable accommodates ten and includes an on-deck king master stateroom, two king VIP staterooms, and two twin staterooms all with private baths and entertainment systems.

Powered by reliable MTU12V-4000’s with 2,735HP, she cruises at 21 knots with a maximum speed of 25 knots.  LUCKY SEVEN features all the large yacht options to include Naiad stabilizers and bow thruster, twin generators, two 1,400 GPD watermakers, as well as an 18’ tender, waverunners, and scooters.

LUCKY SEVEN was asking $ 8,995,000 at the time of sale and the new owner will base her out of Palm Beach, FL.

AQUASITION, New Central Agency!

AQUASITION is a highly customized 124′ Motoryacht and is the newest hull built by Broward Marine.  She features cherry woods accented by Carpathian elm burl and rosewood throughout.  Crown moldings are in contrasting light and dark cherry joinery. Her custom interior was designed by Evan Marshall to include her joinery done by Genesis of Viareggio Italy.  This exquisite interior was refit in January 2017 by Architectural Interiors with new custom salon carpeting, overhead upholstered panels, new furnishings, and new window treatments and soft goods throughout.

The vessel accommodates ten guests in five spacious staterooms.  She is configured with a large on-deck master stateroom with king berth and private his and her head on the forward main deck. On the lower deck, the spacious VIP stateroom features a king berth with private bath with shower and tub.  There are two identical guest cabins with queen berths and a fifth guest stateroom with twin berths.  All guest staterooms feature private baths, full entertainment systems and all are well appointed with new soft goods.

Her spacious flybridge features a new custom Pipewelders hardtop and was reconfigured with the installation of a new step-up Jacuzzi,  and new granite surfaces in January of 2017 along with wet bar and BBQ grill.

She is equipped with all the large yacht options to include twin Kohler 65KW generators, Naiad stabilizers, bow thruster, 1,800 GPD watermaker, Asea power convertor, plus much more!  All of this in addition to the complete exterior hull paint in 2014, AQUASITION shows exceptional and is truly in ‘as new’ condition!

PG’s JESTER, New Central Agency!

PG’s JESTER, one of the few modern 24′ beam Raised Pilothouse Motoryachts, was built at the peak of Broward Marine’s production. In addition to the obvious extra interior volume provided by the significant increase in beam, she features full walk-around decks, aft engine room, accommodations for eight guests in four staterooms plus crew quarters for five. The main deck is an open arrangement plan with a tremendous feeling of light and space with numerous oversized windows and atrium effect in the salon. This yacht has benefited numerous upgrades over the past years to include complete paint job, 3′ swim platform addition, new custom varnished teak cap rails, teak & holly overhead panels for aft deck, and in 2009, all electronics were updated. In 2010/11, she received a major refit with a complete Matterhorn white Awlgrip paint job, new interior with stained walnut joinery, new carpet, new soft goods throughout, new custom furnishings, new flat screen TV’s and surround sound systems.

This custom 118′ x 24′ wide beam Broward features a four stateroom layout plus 4 crew cabins, walk-around decks and has had constant upgrades and improvements throughout the years.  She had a 3′ swim platform added, paint job and all navigational and electronics were replaced in 2008/09.

PJ’s received another major refit in 2011 to include a complete new paint job, new interior furnishings, carpeting, soft goods, new audio/visual equipment, DDEC engines overhauled, new A/C chillers, new oversized teak caprails, etc.  In 2013, her sea chest and windlass was completely rebuilt along with new GE washer & dryers added.  PG’s JESTER has been very well maintained and with her constant updates and upgrades in 2016 makes this Broward one of the nicest on the market!

PATENT PENDING, the 95′ Hargrave motor yacht, has been sold with Bob Cury at RJC Yacht Sales acting of behalf of the buyer and seller.

Built in GRP by Hargrave Custom Yachts, she was delivered in 2002 as a raised pilothouse model, and refitted in 2015.  Following the refit she now has a fresh interior in high-gloss cherry wood.  PATENT PENDING accommodates up to 10 guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and two twins with Pullman berths.  All guest cabins have full en-suite bathroom facilities.

The open-plan salon features  a large lounge area aft with two leather settees and four comfortable armchairs, a wine cooler and an entertainment center featuring a ceiling mounted drop-down 52-inch Samsung television screen, a DVD player and a Yamaha stereo surround sound system.  Forward is found the dining area with seating for eight guests around a high-gloss wooden table.  Further forward still is the well equipped galley with a U-shaped dinette seating five guests for breakfasts and casual dining.  Outdoors, the oversized aft deck has upholstered bench seating, a teak table and four teak chairs, comfortably seating up to 10 guests for al fresco dining.  To add to the mood of carefree relaxation, there is a full bar and a 23-inch flip-down LCD television screen.  Located on the flybridge is a large seating area with two tables, a bar, freezer, ice maker and a stainless steel barbecue grill, all sheltered by a Bimini top.  Twin 1,400hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 18 knots and she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilizers.

SPHEREFISH represents one of the very few 86′ Hatteras Convertibles ever built.  Powered by MTU 16V-2000’s with only 2700 original hours, she cruises comfortably at 18 knots with 24 knot top-end speed, and her 5,000 gallon fuel capacity provides for extended range.  Her highly customized high-gloss cherry interior features a four-stateroom layout to include king size master, queen VIP, and two twin staterooms all with ensuite heads.  Two separate crew staterooms are located privately aft with access from the cockpit.
