RJC Yacht Sales & Charter Close Successfully on the 156′ Trinity Tri-Deck Motoryacht, THEMIS

Motoryacht THEMIS has been sold with Bob Cury at RJC Yachts representing the seller and Chris Daves at Denison & Daves introducing the buyer. THEMIS was built in aluminum by US yard Trinity Yachts to an in-house design with delivery in 1998 and has been maintained to ABS class. A high-volume interior has been decorated by Dee Robinson and features mahogany and African pear wood joinery. The salon and dining area are comfortable and make for wonderful relaxation and dining areas. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins. These include a master suite with a king sized bed, two VIP suites with king size beds, and two twin cabins all with full ensuite baths.

Extensive deck areas have plenty of room for outdoor activities including a large flybridge with a bar, fridge, sink, ice maker and a six-person hot tub. Other features include full walk around decks, Naiad zero speed stabilizers and an Atlas shore power converter. Twin 2,250 Caterpillar engines give her a maximum speed of 21 knots and a cruising range of 6,000 nautical miles at 18 knots.

THEMIS will retain her original name but will complete a refit over this summer to include a new interior decor, all new water toys, new electronics with V-Sat communications and the installation of zero speed stabilizers. THEMIS will be offered for charter for her first time through RJC Yacht Sales. THEMIS was asking $9,995,000.

RJC Yacht Sales & Charter sell the 1998 108′ Westport Motoryacht, TAHITI

Representing both the Buyer and the Seller the 1998 108′ Westport, TAHITI, was sold by Bob Cury at RJC Yachts.

Built in GRP by US yard Westport to a design by Jack Sarin, she was delivered in 1998 as a Westport 108′ model with exterior styling by Wesley Carr. The interior, designed by Sheryl McLaughlin, accommodates eight guests in a master suite, two doubles and a twin cabin – all with en suite bathroom facilities – plus crew quarters for four crew members.

The main saloon has an open plan design with a formal dining area forward and there is also a dine-in galley. Exterior guest areas include a sun deck that hosts a bar, seating area and Jacuzzi. The aft deck is expansive and hosts al fresco dining for eight guests with amenities including comfortable seating for eight, a bar, fridge and a flat screen television.

Additional large yacht options include Northern Lights generators, Naiad stabilisers, and a bow thruster. Tahiti is powered by twin MTU 1,525hp engines that achieve a top speed of 21 knots and cruising speed of 18 knots. At 12 knots she has a 2,500 nautical mile range.

Tahiti was asking $2,995,000 and will immediately go through an extensive refit to include new exterior paint, W5 engine overhaul, and a new interior throughout.

RJC Yacht Sales & Charter close on the 87′ 2003 Johnson MY, SIXTY SIX, in France.

SOLD! 87′ 2003 Johnson, MY, SIXTY-SIX -by Raymond W Young. The vessel lying in Golfe Juan, France was listed by Jeremy Bottau at Ocean Independence. Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Johnson Yachts to a design by Bill Dixon, she was delivered in 2003 as one of the yard’s Johnson 87′ series and is MCA compliant. Accommodation is for eight guests in a master suite, VIP stateroom, double and a twin – all with en suite facilities. One of most notable features of this yacht is the on deck master suite with a 180 degree panoramic forward view from the bed: unique on a yacht in this size range.

Outdoor spaces are plentiful. The aft deck is large and sheltered from the sun while the flybridge has a hard top, three helm chairs, U-shaped seating and a wonderful area for casual el fresco entertaining and dining aft. The saloon is spacious with comfortable seating and a formal dining area seating eight guests. Bob Cury of RJC Yacht Sales has taken over the Central Agency on the 120′ 2001/2011 Crescent CMY, VALKYRIE, with a $500k price reduction making her new asking price $6,495,000. This original owned yacht was built for a very experienced yachtsman and sportfisherman.  The vessel was designed to travel the world on her own bottom while providing the most comfortable platform for sportfishing with yacht quality comfort and accommodations. Her 6000-mile range at displacement speeds along with a shallow 6’6” draft and on-deck tender storage, allow her to circle the globe without limits.

She features a four stateroom layout with a custom mahogany interior and is equipped with all the large yacht options to include 2011 twin 1800HP 16V-2000 MTUs with 3800 hours, twin Northern Light 65KW generators, Naiad stabilizers, American bow thruster, (2) 2800 GPD watermakers, along with a 24’ Edgewater center console, 17’ Novurania and two waverunners.  Entertainment centers include Crestron Kaleidescape media system with separate receivers throughout.
